Peter,
Raffi told me it would be a nice feature for the PM’s who incur quite a few expenses related to jobs and need to be reimbursed each month.
The app should allow for capturing an image of the receipt and allowing user to input the job and possibly some comment.
The data would flow to the ERP to make the cutting a reimbursement check to the PM at month end easy.
We can get more details from the “committee”
Maybe it doesn’t have to be an iOS app, but that might make the user experience a little easier.

Yes, I agree, it should be something we can include in the ERP….with the reminder that this is new scope.
I have an existing Aha feature record for Field Expense Tracking as it relates to the Job – I’ll be sure to expand it so it includes the complete workflow processing from end to end.
I know the existing MB DB has a feature for Parking Expense capture and repayment.
Is there anywhere else in the existing system that deals with expense management ?

I would like to incorporate this into our erp system. I don’t see nor can I justify spending $7,500 per year, every year, when we can develop something similar in our ERP for less than 10k
